PM/GM tech - 7 am to 3:30 pm shift (availability to work nights and weekends as needed).
Requirements:
- 2-years field HVAC experience.
- Valid DL must be able to pass an MVR check.
- Pass background check.
- Be on rotations on call 24/7 shared with all other techs, and work OT as needed.
- Highly motivated and skilled.
- Communicate with customers.
- Complete work requests daily.
- Operate smartphone and tablet.
- Work hand tools and equipment related to the job.
- able to read a meter and schematics
Task:
- HVAC preventative maintenance
- Chiller, Condenser, VAV, pumps, water fountains, Hot water heaters, fans and other mechanical equipment PM
- Replace filter, belts and other components as needed.
- Replacing/ install?/ service: lighting, ballast, outlets, switches, ETC.
- Plumbing: Repair, install, service: faucet, toilet, sinks, water heaters, HVAC, ETA.
